To submit a client intake form or eligibility questionnaire (only for TalentEdge or SmartStart Seed Fund) for programs administered by Ontario Centres of Excellence (OCE), applicants can visit the relevant pages of the Programs section on OCE’s website.
Once on the appropriate program page, applicants will have the opportunity to submit a client intake form or eligibility questionnaire in two places.
If you do not have a Business Development Manager assigned to you, the first place is on the right-hand side of the programs page in the “Ready to take the next step?” box.
If you do have a Business Development Manager, you can navigate to the “How to Apply” section. In the “How to Apply” section applicants will have the opportunity to create a “client intake form”. This link will open the form in a new tab.
To complete the online client intake form, applicants will be asked to provide information, including:
- Email address
- Organization name, type, and location
- Program of interest
- Selecting Business Development Manager
Once the client intake form or eligibility questionnaire has been completed, applicants will hear from a member of OCE’s Business Development team or will have an application initiated within two business days.
Following contact with your Business Development Manager, within two business days a project application will be initiated, or a Business Development Manager will be in contact requesting any additional information required.
It is important to ensure that you submit any lead or eligibility questionnaires prior to the program intake deadline.
