The OCI Funding Agreement must include a designate representative with the authority to bind the organization from the following parties:
- The applicant organization
- All project contributors listed in the budget (if applicable)
- Academic Institution (if applicable)
- Ontario Centre of Innovation (OCI)
Once all requirements have been met to contract, the OCI Funding Agreement will be issued for signature via firstname.lastname@example.org to all signing authorities.

An executed version of the agreement will be sent to all signing parties and uploaded to the project file upon completion.
