Occasionally, Ontario Centres Excellence (OCE) looks to onboard external reviewers for its new and/or existing programs.
If OCE is looking for external reviewers, a call will be posted to the Call for External Reviewers page of OCE’s website in combination with a communication via OCE’s monthly e-newsletter and social media channels.
If interested, potential reviewers will be requested to submit their curriculum vitae (CV) to OCE for review. OCE’s program staff will review the CV and follow-up within two weeks of the call’s closing date to let potential reviewers know whether they have been selected to participate as an OCE external reviewer.
Selected external reviewers will be emailed OCE’s onboarding instructions. The onboarding process involves completing a reviewer expertise survey, documentation (i.e., OCE Reviewer Agreement and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) form) and program training.
Once the onboarding requirements have been completed, they will officially join OCE’s external reviewer pool and will be eligible to review applications.
