A Bilateral Funding Agreement is an agreement used by OCI for all company-based applications. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions the company must adhere to when an application is awarded.
In the Bilateral Agreement, the company is defined and referred to as the “Client”. The Agreement is between the Client(s) and OCI. The Bilateral Agreement is often referenced as the OCI Funding Agreement.
For all company-based projects, at the initiation of an application or after the application is approved, the company must sign a Bilateral Funding Agreement.
