A Bilateral Funding Agreement is an agreement used by Ontario Centres of Excellence (OCE) for all company-based applications. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions the company must adhere to when an application is awarded.
In the Bilateral Agreement, the company is defined and referred to as the “Client”. The Agreement is between the Client(s) and OCE. The Bilateral Agreement is often referenced as the OCE Funding Agreement.
For all company-based projects, at the initiation of an application or after the application is approved, the company must sign a Bilateral Funding Agreement.
