The OCE Final Report must be completed, submitted and approved in AccessOCE to release the holdback funding for the project. All Final Reports are due 30 days after the project end date.
There are two types of Final Report:

Applicant Final Report |
- 45 days prior to the project end date, the applicant will receive an automated message from Project-Administration@oce-ontario.org. The applicant can log into the AccessOCE portal and begin completion of the “Applicant Final Report”.
- Upon receipt of the completed Applicant Final Report, OCE will review and inform the applicant if the report requires any revisions. If no revisions are required, OCE will approve the report.

Client Final Report |
- 45 days prior to the project end date, the project partner will receive an automated message from Project-Administration@oce-ontario.org. The project partner will be provided with a link to begin completion of the Client Final Report.
- Upon receipt of the completed Client Final Report, OCE will review and inform the project partner if the report requires any revisions. If no revisions are required, OCE will approve the report.

Completing the Final Report is a contractual obligation. Failure to comply with this reporting request will result in forfeiture of the holdback funds and could result in the demand and collection of the funding amounts advanced by OCE.
