This is a document that indicates that Applicant Organization is in compliance with terms outlined in the OCI Funding Agreement relative the project conducted to date, including project spending and reporting requirements.
On all approved company-based projects, this document must be signed by a senior management member of the Applicant Organization, preferably the Chief Finance Officer (CFO) or Chief Executive Officer (CEO) where the CFO is not available. It must be attached to project reports submitted to OCI.
