For the TalentEdge Internship program interns are not eligible if they are a current or past employee of the company. This includes previous paid work as a consultant, contract position or part-time employee.
A company is allowed to hire an intern at the time of the application submission. If the application is approved, OCE will honour the expenses from the application submission date.
Please note, if a company hires an intern at the time of the application development and submission but does not receive funding under the TalentEdge Internship program, OCE will not cover any project-related expenses.
Please note that Previous internship(s) with the same company is allowed.
